Last week, Prof. Dr. Erica van Herpen gave her inaugural lecture, “No food to waste”, about her research on food waste prevention.
In her very interesting and relevant lecture, she also discussed the role of reusable packaging systems in reducing food waste by nudging consumer behaviour and decreasing environmental footprints across the packaging ecosystem. We are very proud to work with Erica on this topic in the #NWO project #Re2Pack.
