Twenty students from the Master Urban Technology (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences) have started working on an assignment directly linked to the research project #RE2PACK – Revolutionary Reusable Packaging.

The Assignment
Develop an integrated proposal for an innovative collection and return system for reusable packaging for soft fruit within a selected neighborhood in Amsterdam.
Show how this solution can be implemented within the next five years to ensure efficient and effective return and reuse of reusable packaging.
Key Considerations
– Spatial and logistical integration in the city
– Financial feasibility for all involved stakeholders
– Impact on and role of citizens (both as consumers and residents)
– Environmental impact compared to single-use packaging
We are excited to see the insights and solutions this group will develop and what we can learn from them.
